STM Collections is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your order, payment must be made when the order is delivered.

We may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We arrange delivery through third-party courier and delivery services.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier may be outside our direct control.

Customers should provide an accurate and accessible delivery address and phone number.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We generally accept eligible returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If a customer orders the wrong size, color, design, or otherwise changes their mind, the customer is responsible for applicable return delivery charges.

If STM Collections sends the wrong item or an item is confirmed to be damaged or defective due to our responsibility, we will cover the applicable return delivery charges.

9. Buy 2 Abayas & Free Delivery

From time to time, STM Collections may offer promotions such as:

“Buy 2 Abayas & Get FREE Delivery.”

Promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions.

If a return reduces an order below the quantity required for a promotional offer, the applicable standard delivery charge may be deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to modify or end promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may have additional terms and conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
